Mr. Salkiewicz is a graduate of the West Side Institute of Technology and has participated in the mechanical engineering program at Cleveland State University. Mr. Salkiewicz has over 30 years of engineering experience specializing in power plant equipment condition assessments, project management, and development / implementation of equipment reliability improvement strategies. He is proficient in the Kepner Tregoe Problem Solving – Decision Making Process and Root Cause Analysis Methodology. His professional affiliations include the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the American Society of Materials.
