Over 40 years fossil power plant operations, maintenance and capital projects field supervision experience. Supervision of plant operating staff for boiler, turbine, coal handling and auxiliary systems’ operations. Experience includes supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Recent active participation in utility restructuring program including job consolidation and restructuring, operations training program development and skills instructor, skilled trades qualification card program development and instruction, Predictive Maintenance and Reliability Based Maintenance program development and implementation. Plant improvement projects include installation and startup of natural gas fired package boiler, precipitator rebuild, air heater basket replacement, burner management and NOX system installation and sootblower control upgrade.
