Over 27 years project management, planning, scheduling, and budget/cost analysis experience in the electric utility and consulting industries. Experience includes planning and scheduling of construction and maintenance workload for over 200 Transmission and Distribution (T&D) substations, four fossil power plants and budget/cost analysis for Transmission and Distribution Department. Strong working knowledge of network based computerized and manual planning and scheduling techniques including resource analysis and levelization. Extensive experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera Project Planner, and have recent training and use of Primavera SureTrak. Excellent working knowledge of Lotus1-2-3 and Excel, and experience with Microsoft Word and WordPerfect.
