Senior Utility Consultant
Mr. Spreainde has over 40 years of management experience in fossil
plant maintenance, performance improvement and most recently consulting.
He has 20 years experience in supervision, with the last 11 years
as a maintenance supervisor. His experience includes being responsible
for the maintenance of 2600 MW of coal fired generation, including
four drum style boilers, one sub-critical once through boiler
and two super critical once through boilers. Turbine/generators
were two General Electric twenty-four stage reheat style and two
Westinghouse tandem compound sextuple styles. Mr. Spreainde’s
experience includes all coal yard maintenance functions encompassing
silos, rollers, belting, barge un-loader and trash racks. He also
possesses a strong background in outage management and contract
administration. Major strengths and competencies include superior
power station and performance management, effective labor relations,
team building and a desire for team success.
