Over 31 years experience in various aspects of the power generation, transmission, and distribution industries, including project management, engineering, operations, maintenance, and feasibility analysis. His recent assignments include project management for a $260 million, 102 mile 345/138kV transmission line project, engineering management for a $200 million transmission line project, and development and rollout of a project scheduling organization for an electric transmission organization. Other assignments included litigation support, feasibility studies for coal-fired Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) and Compress Air Energy Storage (CAES) power facilities as well as a number of other coal and alternative fueled power plant projects and studies. 

Mr. Minderman's expertise includes Major Project Management, Engineering Management and Project Controls for Fossil Generation, Transmission, and Distribution projects. He also has a technical background in fossil generation environmental particulate control, solid fuel handling, and facilities design and operations. In addition, he has performed feasibility studies for new and existing generation technologies and development of business plans and budgets for existing and proposed business units.
