Over 32 years of project controls/project management experience includes management and supervision of planning and scheduling functions for large electric utility related construction, startup and outage projects. Experience includes five nuclear generating stations, outage planning and management, fossil station construction and modifications, combustion turbines, circulating fluidized bed boilers, T&D construction and maintenance and fossil plant restructuring due to impending deregulation.

Possess a strong working knowledge of network based computerized and manual planning and scheduling techniques. Prepared management prudence audit schedule analyses and provided nuclear litigation support activities with emphasis on as-built vs. as-planned schedule analysis, development of project chronologies including schedule delay measurement and causal factor identification. US Department of Energy schedule reconstruction, delay claim preparation and analysis. Litigation support experience includes courtroom support, written testimony preparation and oral testimony, including cross examination.
