Process Analysis, Redesign
and Improvement
We offer a structured program to identify, understand, model and
map your existing management, design, engineering, procurement,
construction, production, testing, startup/shutdown, outage and
other business processes.
We use state-of-the-art process mapping software to graphically
define your current processes on a discrete step-by-step basis.
This mapping process includes cycle-time estimates and resource
requirements to complete each step of the process.
Once the target processes are defined and mapped, we work with
your staff to diagnose the current processes to locate bottlenecks,
trouble spots and non-value added functions.
We then work with your staff to assemble a process design team
charged with redesigning the target processes. We work with the
process design team to change the cultural bases for the existing
processes, eliminate bottlenecks, shorten cycle-times, restructure
functions and reduce man-hours used to perform the processes resulting
in reduced costs and improved process response.
Once these process improvements are identified and designed,
we then work with your staff to involve those affected by change,
communicate the need for change and overcome internal resistance
to change.
Finally, we work to conduct change management and process improvement
implementation. Continuous process assessment and measurement
are critical to ensure that the changes to the processes are being
implemented and result in the targeted improvements.
